With over 50,000,000 Elders living in the United States of which 1 in 5 are Financially abused, exploited and defrauded that is over 10,000,000 annual victims. Now, more than ever, our Elders need a dedicated court room with a specially trained Judge and staff to properly handle cases that involve Elders and Seniors to insure that all of their rights are protected.
